Lindsay is returning to the mothership this week, allowing her to spend some time in a city whose name is both a stop on the regional subway's Red Line, and a reference to a mica-flecked spring discovered in the area in 1840 by Francis Preston Blair. The city is the third most populous in its state, which was one of the original colonies and ratifiers of the constitution. Beyond being the home of Discovery Communications, this area is also home to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and the American Film Institute (AFI) Silver Theater and Culture Center. If the weather is right, Lindsay should also get a chance to see some cherry blossoms in full bloom - do you know "Where in the U.S.A. is Lindsay?"
