Lindsay embarked for another east coast adventure this week, heading to a place that almost got to experience another government shutdown from their front row seats right outside of our nation's capital. While representatives battle over the best way to tighten the "beltway", Lindsay got to a more enjoyable sideshow, namely the appearance of spring in the form of millions of cherry blossoms blooming throughout the larger metro region. (No reports yet as to whether she saw a perfect blossom.) Looming shutdown or no, this epicenter of all things Discovery keeps on trucking as we continue to spring into the new year.
